| Jiquilisco Bay is a natural reserve with 55 kilometres length, it's one of the most beautiful maritime ecosystems of El Salvador; it owns the most extensive area of mangroves in the country, in which you can find more than 54 exotic birds speciesand a wide ariety of reptiles, sea turtles and more. |

There are 27 islands around the Bay: "La Pirraya", "Cumichin", "Tortuga" (Turtle), "Isla Méndez" (Méndez Island), "San Dionisio", "El Recodo", "San Sebastian", "Espíritu Santo" (Holy Spirit) also known as "Isla de Los Cocos" (Coconut Island) from where is extracted the coconut oil. In our tour we explore two artisanal quays, "Puerto El Triunfo" and "Puerto Parada". |

| At the edge of the Bay you can find the ecological park Chaguantique, a natural shelter where you can practise ecotourism, enjoying the contact with nature, is one of the most protected natural areas with approximately 1,000 hectares of land and is located near "Puerto El Triunfo", it possesses beautiful rivers and a tropical forest where takes refuge the spider monkey and the big blue butterfly.
Jiquilisco Bay is located 110 kms south-east from San Salvador, in the Department of Usulután, on the road CA-2E. |

| Another attraction close to Jiquilisco Bay is the Forest Nancuchiname (Forest with sea flavor), a natural refuge above to the breezes of the peninsula San Juan Gozo, where you can coexist with nature and appreciate the Lempa River. With an extension of 637.30 hectares of coastal plain where inhabit naughty spider monkeys and some crocodiles that nest on the shores of Lempa River.
To reach Nancuchiname take the CA-2E road, after passing the Bridge San Marcos Lempa, known as "Puente de Oro" (Golden Bridge), take the detour towards San Marcos Lempa, later take the detour to "Cantón El Zamorano" and "La Canoa"; the detour for the Nancuchiname Forest is 50 meter to the right. |
